Below you will find an overview of all our conductive PTFE tubes
Anti-static PTFE tubes are often called conductive PTFE tubes, carbon is added to achieve the black color and conductive properties. The carbon that is mixed in the PTFE tube provides better conductivity, so less static charge builds up in the tube. The resistance of these conductive PTFE tubes in lower than 10⁶ Ω.
Conductive PTFE tubes are often used in situations where the flow rate of the medium is high. These high speeds can create a static charge, which may cause electrical sparks. These can burn holes in the tube or ignite the medium. For this reason, a flexible PTFE tube is recommended, especially with flammable liquids!
If the right diameter PTFE tube for your application is not listed here, view our full range of PTFE hoses here or contact our sales department to discuss the options for a custom diameter.
In addition to the above overview of conductive PTFE tubes, we can supply almost all diameters. If you are looking for a different size, please contact us so we can send you a suitable quote.
