The hole in the tube through which the air or liquid passes is therefore smaller then 0,9 mm. The outer diameter of the tube depends on the inner diameter + the wall thickness. The first number in the product description is the inner diameter and the second number is the outer diameter. For example, a PTFE tube 2 mm x 4 mm has an inner diameter of 2 mm and an outer diameter of 4 mm. The wall thickness is therefore 1 mm.
